Co-founder
Maxwell Oakley has over a decade of experience in the hair industry. After finding success with his band The Bay Rays, headlining the BBC stage at Glastonbury 2016, he turned his attention to full time barbering.
He’s mastered both traditional and contemporary techniques; he spent the last three years working in UK’s number 1 men’s hair salon, voted Wahl’s barbershop of the year twice in a row.
Maxwell’s skills have been showcased in leading magazines ranging from Esquire to Modern Barber. He’s a trusted voice in modern trends, having been invited by The Fellowship to showcase his knowledge and experience back in 2019.
Maxwell is a trusted and well-respected barber, who’s experience and passion is recognised across London.

Co-founder
Luke Davies, born and raised in Swansea Wales, spent the previous four years managing an award-winning barbershop in central London.
Luke has taken part in vast stage work, showcasing his expertise and also featured in renowned health and wellbeing magazines such as GQ and Men’s Health.
With nine years experience in the male grooming industry, as well as qualifications from The London School of Barbering behind him, Luke has a true understanding of client satisfaction and wellbeing - he takes the time to listen to each and every client in his chair, giving sound advice and transforming any look.

Head of Operations
Amber has worked closely with Luke and Maxwell since the beginning and has worked at some of the biggest names in media over the past decade, including VICE and LADbible.
Away from the laptop, Amber can be found scoping out the best restaurants in town, drinking natural wine and walking her dog Peggy.

Islington Manager
Dom’s journey in men's hair began five years ago when he started working front of house at one of London's most highly regarded barbershops.
It wasn't long before he decided he wanted to be behind the chair cutting hair rather than sweeping it up, so here his training began with some of the finest barbers in the country.
After spending two years in New Zealand, Dom returned to London to further hone his skills at a barbershop in Shoreditch.
Outside of work Dom is a big foodie - being a big fan of both cooking and eating! He also enjoys travelling and basketball.

Regent’s Street Manager
Supply 91’s Regent Street manager Jason, a versatile hair expert from southeast London, is your go-to man for all your hair needs. With his personal experience of sporting various hair lengths and styles, Jason is well-placed to offer you the best advice on what style would suit you the most.

Barber
Jordan Cole Armstrong, originally from Hamilton New Zealand, recently moved over to London having worked for the highly renowned barber shop, Brother Wolf in Melbourne for the last five years.
Jordan is all about music - he loves gigs, playing guitar and drums so you can be assured he’ll be adding to the Supply 91 shop vibe.

Joe 'Joey' Addison is a skilled and creative barber with nine years of experience, originally from North London and raised in Bristol. His passion for his craft is evident in his attention to detail, ensuring every client gets the perfect cut.
Joey's artistic eye extends beyond barbering to include fashion, art, and photography. When he's not behind the chair, you can find him playing the drums at open mic nights and jam sessions.

Stevie has spent the last ten years working in London, now living back home in Essex, she travels into Supply 91 Islington every Monday.
Stevie has worked in some of London’s top hairdressing and barbering salons. She has worked with some of London’s top session stylists, working events and photo shoots and was previously part of GHD’s style squad.
“Having worked alongside Luke and Maxwell for a number of years, when they decided to open their own shop it was a no brainer to join forces. We all have the same work ethic and value of customer service experience.”

Serj is a dedicated and experienced barber, with over five years of experience in the industry. He is passionate about providing his clients with exceptional haircuts and takes pride in his work. When not working, Serj loves exploring nature and pursuing his passion for dance.
Serj's friendly and approachable nature makes him a joy to be around. If you're in need of a fresh haircut, be sure to swing by Supply 91 and say hello.

Mikey, originally from Ireland is now our Guest Spot - one day at the end of each month he’ll be in Cross Street, so keep an eye out! He joined the team earlier this year with seven years experience in the hair industry.
He is a versatile hair cutter having worked in both Ireland and Australia for some of the best barbershops including an award winning hair studio, Area Studio, in Melbourne for the past four years.

Born in the Philippines and raised in Bath, Ric’s journey in the art of barbering commenced in his early teens, when he began cutting his own hair and that of his friends in his backyard.
Over the past ten years, Ric has dedicated himself to mastering his craft, seeking knowledge and techniques to ensure his clients receive haircuts that always exceed their expectations.

Alex was born and raised in Surrey and trained at the prestigious Menspire Academy. Beyond the barber’s chair, you’ll find Alex at the gym, staying in tune with the latest dance music and DJ talents, having a kick-about, and embarking on a quest across London to find the city’s best burger joint!
